i’m going to start narrating my picture posts. 

this is a beef-based noodle/rice soup called gom-gook (곰국). it is a simple broth, but with some salt, pepper, and green onion, it becomes the chicken noodle soup of korean cuisine. it is best enjoyed with spicy pickled radish (무김치).
